For approximately 25 years Pre-Retirement Consultant Services Limited ( PREP ), have been assisting a wide range of companies and organizations in building and maintaining a retirement education strategy for their employees. As attitudes towards retirement have changed over the last decade, more and more companies accept that retirement education should form part of their Employee Development Programme.
As we understand the need for budgetary awareness, our provision is flexible to enable employers to create an effective programme for their people whilst accommodating business needs.
The basic strategy we offer consists of an education programme covering mid-life to actual retirement. Our clients are able to select either the whole or any part of this programme to suit their needs and those of their employees.
The length of an In-House Seminar can vary, dependant on content. Alternatively, employers can elect to include their people in our Open Pre-Retirement Seminars held at Skills for Business, Hillsborough Barracks, Learoyd Way, Sheffield, South Yorkshire.
We feel it is essential that individuals are made aware of the importance of planning for retirement at an early age, and our aim is to help delegates to generate a realistic, positive and confident approach to retirement by providing educational seminars. We achieve this by giving relevant and up to date information in a relaxed and informal atmosphere.
